Fore Innovations – Zeta/Sigma II Triple Pump Module

Use in conjunction with a complete return style fuel system for 1200+ rwhp with triple fuel pumps (recommended to run one pump full time, then activate secondary pumps under load). Retains OE fuel level sender, EVAP functionality, and tank transfer, and filler neck.

This component requires the use of external feed and return lines, external filtration (for injectors), external regulation, and an upgraded electrical system. Upgraded fuel rails and an inline check valve is recommended. Supplies port fuel injection and optional wet nitrous.

Please select the fuel(s) that you intend to run with this fuel system.

Gasoline / race gas: choose if you are will only be running typical pump gas or race gasoline, such as MS109, C16, Q16, etc.

Ethanol blends, gasoline, race gas: choose if you will be running a combination of gasoline, race gas, E85, E98, E85R, C85, etc.

Methanol is not currently supported or recommended with our fuel systems.

Feed Fitting * 

Use to connect to the fuel feed line.

Recommendations:
-6 for dual 250lph fuel pumps
-8 for dual 400+ lph fuel pumps, or three 250 lph fuel pumps
-10 for triple 400+ lph fuel pumps

Return Fitting * 

Use to connect to aftermarket fuel line. Since the return line is not pressurized, it is critical to be sized properly to ensure accurate fuel pressure regulator performance.

Requirements:
-6 minimum for dual pumps
-8 minimum for triple pumps

We often advise to use the same size as the feed line for economy of hose and fitting use. Performance or function will not be degraded by having an “oversized” return line.

Description

This is part of a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers must be able to interface to the OE harness and FPDM/FPCM (on certain models), understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components.

This fuel system generates substantially more heat and capacity than the original fuel system. The high powered fuel pumps make much more heat than the factory pump and the composite fuel tank construction acts as an insulator and stores heat. Additionally, the shape of the factory fuel tank limits the pickup capacity of this fuel system. The user (driver) must keep more fuel (than normal) in the tank at all times to minimize heat damage and ensure adequate fuel pickup.
