HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

RedlineRaceParts.com Product Returns, RMAs, & Warranty Information:

• If at any time you are not satisfied with your purchase from RedlineRaceParts.com, you may return the item
within 30 days of delivery of your order. The item(s) purchased must still be in new condition, including original
packaging, parts, accessories, and paperwork. Orders returned in a new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a
refund, minus a restocking fee and excluding any shipping costs.
• All Returned orders are inspected for use and/or installation, as well as missing items. We will contact the
customer if there is any suspicion of use and or missing items required to complete the product(s) to re-sell for a
Refund.
• Product Returns, Credits, RMAs & Warranty Information:
a. Please return all new & unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase
b. Warranty Items will need to be sent directly to us or the manufacturer for warranty service.
c. Contact parts@redlineraceparts.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) Number.

Refunds & Credits:

• Please be sure to let us know if you would like a Product Exchange, Payment Refund, or Account Credit on your
Return – we are happy to assist you as best as we can!

Re-Stocking Fees:

• Why a restocking fee? Our minimal restocking fee covers lost credit card charges and shipping fees, and that’s it!
A Restocking Fee of 5% to 25% will apply to all products being returned to Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC.
(Restocking fee’s range depending on item purchased, shipping costs, and condition of returns). NOTE: Shipping
& Handling charges are non-refundable. Return Shipping & Shipping Insurance is the responsibility of the
customer.

Defective Items:

• Anytime an item is delivered with a manufacturer defect, Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC (or the Manufacturer)
may send the customer a pre-paid shipping label to use for returning the defective item. The customer will not
be charged any restocking fees for defective items. NOTE: Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC only covers return
shipping on items returned for manufacture defects or any error on the part of Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC
or the Manufacturer. Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC will not cover return shipping for items that are
improperly installed or damaged by the customer, or reasons due to “changed my mind”, “did not like the
product”, or “ordered the wrong item(s)”.

Custom Products & Custom-Painted Items:

• Due to the nature of the product, custom made, custom text or lettering, custom ordered, custom product
options, and/or custom painted items are not available for refunds or returns. If you have a problem with your
custom item, please contact parts@redlineraceparts.com immediately.

Replacement Products:

• Items to be replaced by Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC will need to meet the same requirements as Returned
Products. Items must be returned with original packaging, parts, and paperwork. Items to be replaced by Redline
Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC will be shipped once the returned product is received and processed. NOTE: If a
replacement item(s) is needed immediately, we suggest a new order be placed either online or with one of
Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC sales representatives. If a new order is placed online, please include a note in
the order notes during checkout. Once the replacement item is received allow 5-10 business day for a refund.

Damaged Shipments & Partially Missing Items:

• Unfortunately, there are times when items will show up Damaged or Partially Missing due to mishandling in
shipment transit or by mistake. Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC requires that all items are inspected by the
receiver to verify Damage and to report the damaged items or packages to Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC
immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Redline Racing Fuel & Parts, LLC will not be held responsible for any
items that are not reported in a timely manner to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
NOTE: In some cases, the customer may be required to submit a photo of the damaged shipping box and/or
items to verify the damaged with the shipping carrier or manufacturer.
